The Goat Farm Atlanta was looking to expand and fund a $25M dollar plus development for a multi-use space that included new apartments, creative studios, a venue, a restaurant, the new MOCA GA, and plenty of other mix-used amenities. The needed a funding booklet to help illuminate their vision to investors and to secure the necessary capital to break ground on their project.
This booklet captures the spirit of The Goat Farm along with the intentions with their new venture. Two-years after the printing of this book, they have secured and begun their development with spaces available to rent.
